Escalloped Corn
| 1 Can
of Corn
1/2 Cup of Cream
1 Beaten Egg
1 Tablespoon of Sugar
Salt to Taste
Finely Ground Crackers |

| Preheat the oven to
350 degrees. Grease a deep baking dish. Mix every thing together, crumble the
crackers on top, and dot lightly with butter. Place a lid on the dish and bake for
15 minutes. Remove the lid and bake until the top is nice and brown. |
