Oven Caramel Corn
Pop 15 Cups of Popcorn 1 Cup of Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup of Margarine 1/4 Cup of Light Corn Syrup 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt 1/2 Teaspoon of Soda |

| Mix all but the
popcorn and soda. Cook until bubbles form around the edges. Remove from heat
and add soda. Put popcorn in two greased pans and pour caramel mixture over.
Bake at 200 degrees and stir it every 5 minutes. Let it cool and store it in a
covered container.
